You can cancel your Monthly Membership at any time through your account settings on our website. Navigate to "My Account" > "Membership Details" > "Cancel Membership." Please note that cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Annual Memberships are non-refundable but do not auto-renew, so you can choose not to renew at the end of your term.

Yes, we understand that life happens. Monthly Memberships can be paused for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months per calendar year. Please contact our support team at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to arrange a membership freeze. Annual Memberships cannot be paused.
